WHAT PRACTICE CAN LOOK LIKE

Small steps.
Meaningful participation.

A welcoming place to practice, make choices and grow confidence—without competition.

  1. Step, balance and coordinate

Move between floor markers and explore simple movement sequences.

  2. Find a direction and control the pace

Follow a demonstration, navigate cones, and practice slowing down or stopping.

  3. Put the steps together

Complete a manageable activity, ask for help, and participate alongside others.

WHY WE START WITH A CONSULTATION

A plan that fits the participant.

The required initial consultation / participation assessment explores interests, communication preferences, starting skills and support needs.

It informs a participation plan, activity adaptations, coaching support and a recommended session format.
